Hannah Brown, HT (ASCP)
I’ve been working in histology since 2007, with two science degrees and my HT certification. I’ve worked in both research and clinical histopathology laboratories and have been cross trained in the CPL doing necropsies on mice and rats. I assisted with autopsies, ferret, swine, and dog necropsies. I’ve trained new research associates, research assistants and student technicians in the HRL. I like mentoring staff, offering insight on how and why things are done in the histology lab.
I’m a happy person known for my laugh and personality. I care about the work that I do, with the hope it helps others. Like most lab employees who wake up before the rest of the town is up, I really enjoy my morning coffee. In my free time I enjoy working out, listening to music, and spending time with friends.
